Westport Lash Service Guidelines
 

  1. Client Preparation: Please ensure your lashes are clean. You may utilize our studio facilities and cleaning products for lash cleansing prior to your appointment.

  2. Post-Service Amendment Policy: Any requests for eyelash touch-ups or fills more than three days after the initial service will not be complimentary.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Protocol: We require a minimum 24-hour notice for appointment modifications to avoid incurring a 40% fee of the scheduled service cost.

  4. Late Arrival Policy: Should you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited. A 40% fee of the original service cost is required to reschedule.

     

Lash Lift and Tint Services
 

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your lash lift or tint within the first three days, we offer a corrective service by the same stylist. Please note, refunds are not issued.

  2. Allergic Reaction Refund Policy: In cases of skin or eye allergies attributed to our treatment, we offer a 50% refund of the full payment.

     

Eyelash Extensions Services
 

  1. Consultation and Liability: Prior to eyelash extension application, a detailed consultation regarding volume, length, and style will be conducted. We hold no responsibility for dissatisfaction arising from preferences expressed during this consultation.

  2. Refund Policy: Dissatisfaction with the final result does not warrant a refund. However, missing lashes can be fixed within the first three days without cost, as per our Post-Service Amendment Policy.

  3. Refill Limitations: Refills are not provided beyond 21 days from the initial appointment, which will then be regarded as a new full set.

  4. Full Set Requirement: Should less than 40% of lashes remain at the time of your appointment, it will be considered a full set rather than a refill.

  5. External Work Policy: If lash work done by other technicians does not meet our requirement. A removal and subsequent full set (or partial removal) will be necessary, charged as a full set.

  1. Coupon Eligibility: Coupons are available to all our customers, subject to the specific terms and conditions of each coupon.

  2. Redemption Process: To redeem a coupon, please present it at the time of payment. Digital coupons can be shown on a mobile device or mentioned if they have a code.

  3. Limitations:

    • Only one coupon can be used per service.

    • Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

    • Coupons are not redeemable for cash.

    • Certain coupons may be specific to services or products and cannot be used for others.

  4. Appointment Cancellations: If you cancel an appointment where a coupon was to be used, the coupon remains valid until its expiration date but must be used in accordance with our standard booking policy.

  5. No Retroactive Use: Coupons cannot be applied to past visits or services already rendered.

  6. Lost or Stolen Coupons: We are not responsible for lost or stolen coupons. Please treat coupons like cash.

  7. Modification of Policy: Westport Lash reserves the right to change or terminate the coupon policy at any time without prior notice. However, valid coupons will be honored until their expiration date.
