  1. No Guarantees of Refunds: Westport Lash does not guarantee refunds except as specifically outlined in the Refund Policy. All services are non-refundable once rendered, and refunds on products are subject to conditions stated in the policy.

  2. Changes to the Policy: Westport Lash reserves the right to modify, amend, or change the Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modified terms.

  3. Final Decision: The final decision regarding any refund or adjustment lies solely with Westport Lash management. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or services in cases of abuse, fraudulent claims, or non-compliance with our terms.

  4. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Westport Lash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the application of the Refund Policy, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  5. Governing Law: This Refund Policy and the legal disclaimer are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut. Any disputes arising out of the Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Connecticut.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

At Westport Lash, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy:

What to Include in the Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Services

Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns with a complimentary adjustment or follow-up service.

2. Prepaid Services or Packages

Refunds are not provided for prepaid services or package deals. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may consider offering a credit that can be applied to future services at our discretion.

3. Deposits

A deposit may be required for certain services or appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the cancellation is made by Westport Lash or if we cannot deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Product Refunds

If you purchase a retail product from Westport Lash and are unsatisfied, unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

5. Appointment Cancellations

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, a full-service fee may apply.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under any of the above conditions, it will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

7. Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with our services or products, please notify us immediately so we can work with you to find a resolution.
